Find new feathered friends at Denver Zoo this February. Connect with birds from colorful little lorikeets to majestic Red-crowned cranes. Learn about birds at keeper talks and special demonstrations daily. Get to know all fifteen feathered friends and enter to win a special feathered friends experience.

Visit one of our bird animal ambassadors and get a chance to chat with the keepers that care for them.

Take a stroll through an open aviary and meet some of Denver Zoo’s most colorful residents.

 Look for our featured feathered friends throughout the Zoo and learn more about animals like Evita, the condor, and Vern, the tern.
