DAD’S GRILLING PARTY at The Seasoned Chef

This hands-on workshop offers the ideal way for dad to hone his skills on the grill, and learn how to smoke his own food to impart a truly distinct flavor. The class is designed to expand basic grilling techniques and discover the steps to fool-proof cooking outside, with a seasonal menu which includes delicious entrees in a number of different preparations. We’ll be teaching how to make the ultimate barbeque food, and helping to boost confidence while cooking al-fresco in true style. Kids aged 11 and over are welcome – if accompanied by Dad! Complimentary beers served with lunch.

‘Dad’s Fall Off The Bone Baby Back Ribs’ in a Chipotle BBQ Sauce,
Shrimp Two Ways – Smoked with an Asian Glaze, Grilled with a Parsley Caper Pesto,
Colorado Dry Rub Triangle Tip of Beef with a Smoked Tomato Salsa,
Chef Dan’s Beer Can Chicken with an Apricot and Orange Glaze,
Grilled Potatoes, Asparagus and Portobellos with an Aged Balsamic Vinegar Dressing.
