CARA Cross Country

Our Cross Country team makes long distance endurance training fun! Distances vary per age group and gradually build up to a 5k. Must be 9 years old by the first day of practice. Meets are held on weekends in various Front Range cities. Fees include all 3 practice days, team shirt and CARA league fees. Prorates are not provided.
